At Inkoplus, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Return Conditions:
    • Items must be unopened and unused.
    • Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of receipt based on the shipping label data.
  2. Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return items.
  3. Return Address:
    • All items should be returned to our address in Illinois.
  4. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Electronic parts sold as used are not included in any refund program and are not accepted for return.
  5. Refund Processing:
    • Refunds will be processed within 72 hours after the completion of the return.
  6. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
    • Customers must contact the ordering department to obtain an RMA number for each return. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  7. Support and Repair Services:
    • Our service team is available to assist with troubleshooting and repair of components and parts. Remote support fees will apply, and customers are responsible for these fees.
